Bromstad said he endured mockery from hundreds of his peers, and even adults in the building.
Now, he’s one of manyHGTV hosts who are members of the LGBTQ+ community.
“It was a struggle for me, as it went against everything I was raised to believe.”
Bromstad has since basked in his identity.
“I think it’s the most amazing thing,” Bromstad told Watermark.
