Welcome back, hot pink lipstick.

This old-school makeup trend is eye-opening
The ’80s are back, as we’re sure you know.

Specifically, bright eyeliner applied to the lower lash line, aka “underliner.

However, you don’t have to stick to blue if that’s not your preferred hue.
