De Niro continued, “I didn’t push it.

“Bob didn’t want to talk,” Scorsese admitted.
And we’d tell [DiCaprio], ‘You don’t need that dialogue.'”
However, his perspective ultimately helped shape the film.
Interestingly, the “Goodfellas” star positively impacted DiCaprio’s life before they even met.
