In a statement issued at the time of Rock’s death, TLC expressed their condolences.
The women were supposedly set to receive a cut of the profit from Wells.
Wells was later released on bail.
The charges included seven counts of felony criminal simulation for essentially creating fake coupons (sound familiar?)
